We accept all major credit and debit cards:

  • What currencies can I shop in?


We currently offer payments in THB and USD. 
To switch currencies, click on the drop-down menu in the top left corner of your screen.

  • My payment was declined, what should I do?

If your payment was declined kindly check the following:

  • Card’s details (security code, expiry date etc.)
  • Check whether your card has expired
  • Try using another card to make the purchase or use PromptPay

If you are still having issues, we recommend contacting your bank directly as they may have another reason to decline or block the payment.

  • How can I track my order?


After placing your order, an email will be sent confirming the carrier and tracking number. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder.

If you are unable to retrieve that email, kindly contact our Customer Care team by using the contact “help?” form on our website at the bottom right corner of your screen

  • Can I change my shipping address?

Once your order has been placed, we won't be able to change your shipping address. However, you can alway contact the carrier and ask them to change the delivery address using the tracking number that was sent to your email.

  • How long will shipping take?


We offer standard shipping option for all deliveries. Shipping times will differ based on the destination: 

  • Europe: 4-5 business days
  • UK: 4-5 business days
  • USA: 4-5 business days
  • Middle East: 4-5 business days
  • Asia: 2-3 business days

Same day and next day shipping are currently only available for orders in Thailand. 

Bangkok same day delivery


  • Thailand next day shipping: next business day* for orders placed before 5pm
  • Bangkok same day shipping: same day for orders placed before 3pm


*Next business day is not guaranteed. Orders placed on Friday and weekends will arrive on Tuesday.

These delivery times are estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Europe: starting from $20USD
  • UK: starting from $20USD
  • USA: starting from $20USD
  • Middle East: starting from $25USD
  • Asia: starting from $15USD


We currently only offer free next day shipping for orders to Thailand.

Same day shipping only applies for Bangkok orders placed before 3pm and will be charged a flat rate of 150THB




  • Are customs and duties included?


We currently do not offer prepaid duties and taxes.
Kindly be aware that duties and taxes may apply based on your country customs laws.

Duties and taxes are non-refundable. If unpaid, the shipment will be shipped back to Floétique warehouse without the option to reship your order.

We are sorry if there is an issue with the quality of your order.
Our quality control team works very hard to ensure this does not happen.

  • Picture of the fault
  • Description of the fault

  • What is your return policy?


At this moment we do not allow returns


  • Can I exchange my order?


Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery date (color exchange and style exchange are exempt).
The product must be returned (at your own cost) unworn, in pristine condition with swingtag still attached and in its original packaging.

Personalised items, accessories and sale items cannot be exchanged.



  • What is your refund policy?

At this moment we do not offer refunds.
